We have a 3 axis C.N.C Machining centre, this is the machine that can turn our ideas in to computer language and then into a marketable product. Our technicians can either manually programme the machine or they can with the aid of a C.A.D C.A.M system use the latest technology to speed up the process. As you can see from the photograph, we have the facility to refurbish and repair, Just about any product you can name: Crank cases, cranks rebuilt to the highest spec. Pump housings relined, Props repaired and re-pitched to customer specification. Drive shafts re-aligned. Barrel re- lined bored, honed and chamfered. CNC Machining

Over many years we have developed our in house skills, to enable us to carry out any stage of the remanufacturing process. We also spend time developing and testing new products for the P.W.C market these are race proven on the Seadoo XP’s models by none other than Phil Pope World British and European titleholder. The products and services we can offer are second to none. Our aim is quality and reliability. We have skilled crafts men who can produce our products to a very high standard. We have had the capability to race tune engines for many years with the aid of Doris the Dyno and our experience, to great success both here in the UK and in the rest of the world.

Engine Tuning

The engine is removed from the ski, and is run on a test bed against the break. Torque and RPM are electronically measured; this is achieved by using customised software specially written for our company. All measurements can be stored or replicated for each Customer; information that can be shown using the software is horsepower, BMEP etc. Then the special ingredient comes into play, which is years of experience.
